DriveIQ – Privacy Policy

DriveIQ is developed and published by TheGameKnox. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the DriveIQ mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

DriveIQ does not require users to create an account and does not collect personal information such as name, email address, phone number, or identity information.

However, the application allows users to manually enter vehicle-related information including:

• Vehicle brand and model
• Engine type
• Maintenance records
• Fuel consumption
• Mileage / kilometer information
• Insurance records
• Vehicle tax records
• Exhaust emission records

This information is entered manually by the user and stored locally on the user's device.

2. Local Data Storage

Vehicle information and maintenance records are stored locally on the user’s device using local storage technologies.

These data are not transmitted to our servers. If the user deletes the application, all locally stored data is permanently removed.

3. Camera Usage

The camera is used only within the AI Fault Scanner feature. Users may optionally capture or select a photo for AI analysis.

DriveIQ does not require photographing official documents such as vehicle licenses or insurance papers.

If the user chooses to analyze an image using AI, the selected photo may be transmitted to the AI processing service.

Users should avoid submitting images containing sensitive personal information such as identity documents, license plates, addresses, or personal data.

4. Artificial Intelligence Processing

DriveIQ includes AI features powered by Google AI services.

When users submit prompts or images:

• The content may be transmitted to Google's AI infrastructure through Firebase AI Logic (Vertex AI).
• Responses are generated using the Gemini AI model.

The last five AI queries are stored locally for user convenience. Users can delete them at any time.

5. Analytics

DriveIQ uses Firebase Analytics to understand application usage and improve user experience.

Analytics data may include:

• Device information
• App usage events
• Performance data

6. Subscriptions and Payments

DriveIQ may offer optional premium features through subscriptions.

Subscriptions are handled through:

• Apple In-App Purchase
• RevenueCat

All payments are processed through Apple. DriveIQ does not store payment card information.

7. Third-Party Services

The application may use the following services:

• Firebase Analytics
• Firebase AI Logic (Vertex AI)
• Google Gemini AI
• RevenueCat
• Apple In-App Purchase

8. Location Data

DriveIQ does not access or collect location data.

For nearby services (fuel stations, repair shops etc.), the app may redirect users to external navigation applications using search keywords.

9. Children's Privacy

DriveIQ is not intended for children under the age of 13.

10. User Control Over Data

Users can:

• Delete AI queries
• Remove vehicle records
• Uninstall the application to delete all stored data

11. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date.
