These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the DriveIQ mobile application developed by TheGameKnox. By downloading, installing, or using the application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the application.
DriveIQ is a vehicle management application designed to help users track and manage vehicle-related information, including but not limited to:
DriveIQ may also provide AI-assisted suggestions and diagnostics through its AI features.
Users are responsible for entering accurate vehicle information, maintaining their own vehicle records, and ensuring that information entered into the application is correct. DriveIQ does not verify the accuracy of user-entered information.
DriveIQ includes AI-powered tools such as an AI vehicle assistant and AI fault scanner. These tools use artificial intelligence to generate responses and suggestions.
AI-generated results are informational only and may not always be accurate. Users must not rely solely on AI suggestions for vehicle repairs, maintenance decisions, or safety-related matters.
Always consult a qualified mechanic or professional technician for critical vehicle issues.
The SOS (Emergency) feature within DriveIQ is provided merely as a shortcut to quickly call emergency services or user-designated contacts.
DriveIQ is not a substitute for official emergency communication systems or primary emergency call services (e.g., 911, 112).
TheGameKnox shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the app failing to function, connection errors, or failure to place a call.
In life-threatening situations, always use your phone's default native calling application directly.
When using AI features, users agree not to submit illegal content, harmful or abusive content, sensitive personal information, identity documents, license plates, addresses, or private personal data.
DriveIQ is not responsible for user-submitted content.
The camera feature is provided only for optional use within the AI Fault Scanner. Users may capture or select images for AI analysis.
Users should avoid submitting images containing personal or sensitive information.
DriveIQ may offer premium features through subscription plans. Subscriptions are processed through Apple In-App Purchase and RevenueCat.
Payments, renewals, and cancellations are handled through the user's Google Play account. DriveIQ does not process or store payment card information.
DriveIQ aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee that the application will always be available, error-free, or that AI-generated responses will be accurate.
DriveIQ and TheGameKnox shall not be liable for vehicle damage, incorrect maintenance decisions, financial losses, mechanical failures, or any damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated suggestions.
The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
All content, design, and software within the DriveIQ application are the property of TheGameKnox. Users agree not to misuse the application, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful activities.
